Our executive directors wear many hats, and have many a long day overseeing all of the moving parts of a senior living community. And as leaders, we all know there is nothing more important to the health and long term success of any operation than accountability. But as most of our operations leaders in senior living do not come through the ranks of the food & beverage department, we find that there is a tendency to “shy away” from providing any tangible daily oversight. In this session, Aaron will give all operations leaders with no experience in F&B management a simple and easy to use roadmap for completing a daily audit of their operation and kitchen. We will review mission critical items of review, as well as tips and tricks to make it a routine part of their day and increase the overall accountability and comfort levels they have in their F&B department.
